Please sign and share the petition (link below)

In April 2016 my friend’s 6-year-old daughter was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour called DIPG. DIFFUSE INTRINSIC PONTINE GLIOMA (DIPG) is an aggressive cancerous tumour that is located at the base of the brain, it has a very poor average prognosis of 9 months from diagnosis and is inoperable with currently no known cure. It predominantly affects children between 4 and 10 years of age. So basically it’s a 9 month death sentence for an innocent child!

The Team Kaleigh campaign has already attracted the interest of local press and many supporters including national MPs and well known tv and Olympic sports celebrities, however we still need help. We are not asking for donations just help in raising the profile of our campaign.

Hopefully with additional help and support we can reach the requisite 100,000 signatures by the 3rd December 2016, to persuade the UK Government to increase funding for more research into DIPG brain tumours with a hope to one day finding a cure so that no parents in the future need suffer the same fate.
